Pastor Bill Richoux was born and raised in New Orleans, LA. He graduated from Southeastern Bible College in 1977 and again in 1987 with a degree in Pastoral Theology. He has served at Camp Victory, a CBM camp in Alabama, since 1977 and is currently the Director of Camp Victory overseeing the various ministries of the camp. He met his wife Jan at Camp Victory in 1982 and they were married in 1983. They have 2 children, Mark (Elizabethtown, PA) and Anne (Jacksonville, FL).
